It's official...

Well, I officially HATE Halloween! It is definitely not a good holiday for our family....
4 years ago, my dad had a heart attack in my driveway on Halloween...2 years ago, my lovely Grandma Bobbie passed away on Halloween...and this Halloween...my little Dylan ended up in the hospital! I hate it!

On Friday, Dylan stayed home from school. He woke up wheezy and snuffy. He got worse and worse as the day went on. By 8pm, the breathing treatments we were giving him weren't working anymore. So, we rushed over the the ER. They got him right in - his oxygen level (the thing with the red light on his finger) was only 85%. They gave him continuous breathing treatments, closely watching his heart rate. He was admitted to the hospital so they could monitor him over night. It was very scary. He was feeling much better by Saturday morning. He came home on Saturday afternoon. He is feeling 99% better! He has to do breathing treatments every six hours for the next couple of days.

Now, Griffin and I are sick. We both have icky coughs and runny noses. So, me, Griffin and Dylan all stayed home sick today. We are resting - lounging in our PJ's all day today.

***Griffin was able to go trick or treating. He had lots of fun, and he got enough candy to last the whole year!
